As a longtime Santa Clara resident, Scott is your local real estate expert with a vested interest in the community and his neighbors. With proven success as a real estate investor and landlord, Scott brings a unique combination of real estate knowledge, real estate investment experience and Silicon Valley high- tech experience. Scott speaks ‘high tech’ and has worked with large technology companies as well as small startups. Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, Scott’s education and experience empowers him to focus on client needs, understand their priorities and support them throughout the home selling process.  

Scott understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: It’s a life-changing experience. That’s why he’s developed a loyal team of expert contractors, landscapers, stagers and photographers to get top dollar for your home. With special expertise in school ratings and curriculum, Scott can provide excellent guidance for home-buyers looking for just the right neighborhood.

In addition, Scott and his wife Bernadette are the proud parents of two sons, Tyler and Mitchell, both born at Kaiser Hospital in Santa Clara. With a focus on sports and community service, the Perrys can often be found at local scouting events, playing baseball and hosting neighborhood potlucks. Scott is a barbecue pit master, an amateur wine maker, and tequila aficionado.

  • Parent volunteer for Santa Clara Westside Little League Baseball
  • Family Giving Tree

The Family Giving Tree fulfills holiday wishes and provides backpacks filled with school supplies to children in need in our communities. Scott and his family help out with the Backpacks for Students Campaign and the annual Holiday Toy Drive.

Scott has volunteered as Site Coordinator and as a photographer. RTP is a great organization and gives needed assistance to people in need in our area. It is so rewarding to see what a significant difference one can make of the lives of our fellow Bay Area neighbors!
